Nature Tour 10 Days Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival Kathmandu
After arrival in Kathmandu International airport, meet our officer. He will assist you to transfer your hotel. At hotel our officer gives you orientation of the overall tours. Rest of the day is free as per the arrival schedule. On your request, we will be happy to, accompany you for more activities.

Day 02: Full day sightseeing tour
After breakfast, we start for a full day sightseeing tour. Places where we go (Pashupatinath temple, Boudhanath stupa, Kathmandu Durbar Square and Swayambhunath stupa):
Pashupatinath temple - Pashupatinath is Nepal’s sacred and an ancient Hindu shrine and one of the one of the greatest Shiva sites. Pashupatinath, beside the holy Bagmati River, is the holiest place in Nepal, located on five kilometers north-east of Kathmandu Valley. Pashupatinath, an ancient plinth, by the banks of the holy Bagmati River, stands the 16th century of Pashupatinath - Shiva, as Lord of all Creatures. The temple serves as the seat of the Hindu deity, Lord Pashupatinath. Pashupatinath temple area is on UNESCO World Heritage Sites list. Boudhanath stupa-Boudhanath also known as Boudha. Boudhanath is a stupa is located about eleven kilomers from the main city of Kathmandu valley. Boudhanath stupa is one of the largest Buddhist stupa in the world. Boudhanath has been an important place of pilgrimage and meditation for Tibetan Buddhists & local Nepali people. In 1979, Boudhanath became a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Kathmandu Durbar Square- Kathmandu Durbar Square with its arrays of temples and the ancient palace of the former Nepali Royals enriches your experience of the centuries old civilization And Monkey Temple (Swayambhunath stupa)- one of the holiest Buddhist sites in Kathmandu.

Day 03: Drive Kathmandu – Chitwan
After breakfast, departure to Chitwan National Park a wildlife reserve by tourist coach. On the way, visit Manakamana Temple by cable. After Darshan lunch at Cable car base station and proceed to Chitwan. Pick up at Chitrasari and transfer to Resort, where you will spend the night. After breakfast Briefing on Jungle program by guide and after lunch Tharu village walk, visit Museum and sun set tour. Evening enjoy Tharu stick dance and Dinner at Resort.

Day 04: Wildlife Activities in Chitwan

Day 05: Wildlife Activities in Chitwan
Full day wildlife activities.
Day 06: Drive Chitwan– Pokhara
After breakfast drive to Pokhara. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 07: Visit Sarangkot Sunrise and Half day sightseeing
Early in the morning drive to Sarangkot for sunrise and Mountain View and hike or drive back to hotel. After breakfast proceed for half day sightseeing tour of Pokhara city including Devi’s fall, Gupteshwore Mahadev cave, Seti River, Bindhyabasani temple and Barahi temple with one hour boating on Phewa lake.

Day 08: Drive to Pokhara –Kathmandu- Nagarkot .

Day 09: Free at Nagarkot:
It is peace full zone so that most of visitor's first selection to be celebrate their holidays in this place. Viewing Tower (one hour). From Nagarkot we can see the major Himalayan peaks like Ganesh Himal (7405m), Langtang (7234 m), Shisha Pangma (8013m), Gang Chenpo (6397m), Dome Blanc (6830m), Dorje Lakpa (6990m), Lonpo Gang (7083m) and Phurbichyachu (6658m), Gauri Shankar and Everest in the distance. Day 01: Arrival Kathmandu

Kathmandu City: Kasthamandap, the source of the name Kathmandu means ‘made from the timber of a single tree’. Also known as Kantipur, the capital Kathmandu is the hub of Nepal's art and culture. Kathmandu, the Capital city of Nepal and city of temples and monasteries, here you can feast your eyes on the rich and colorful historical places, temples and respectful area. It is a place for rest, relaxation and easy-day sightseeing of historic and artistic temples and monuments. Kathmandu Durbar Square with its arrays of temples and the ancient palace of the former Nepali Royals enriches your experience of the centuries old civilization.

After the sightseeing tour of Durbar Square you will ride a rickshaw for 20 minutes to Thamel.
Thamel: Travelers and the locals consider it a tourist haven. Day 02: Kathmandu
Commence on a tour of Pashupatinath, Boudhnath and Patan after breakfast.
Pashupatinath is Nepal’s sacred and an ancient Hindu shrine and one of the one of the greatest Shiva sites. Pashupatinath, beside the holy Bagmati River, is the holiest place in Nepal, located on five kilometers north-east of Kathmandu Valley. Pashupatinath, an ancient plinth, by the banks of the holy Bagmati River, stands the 16th century of Pashupatinath - Shiva, as Lord of all Creatures. The temple serves as the seat of the Hindu deity, Lord Pashupatinath. Pashupatinath temple area is on UNESCO World Heritage Sites list. Only Hindus were allowed to enter the temple. It is believed that sex organ of Shiva fell to Nepal. The main temple of Pashpatinath contains a lingam of Pashupati which has four faces sculptured on it. In Hindu culture it is believed that bathing into the holy river releases from the cycle of rebirth. So Hindu people bath into the holy Bagmati river daily.

Boudhanath Stupa: Boudhanath also known as Boudha. Boudhanath is a stupa is located about eleven kilomers from the main city of Kathmandu valley. Boudhanath stupa is one of the largest Buddhist stupa in the world. Boudhanath has been an important place of pilgrimage and meditation for Tibetan Buddhists & local Nepali people. In 1979, Boudhanath became a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Along with Swoyambhunath stupa Boudhanath stupa is one of the most famous tourist site in Kathmandu Valley. There are at least 29 Tibetan Gompas around Boudhanath. As a daily ritual, many people walk three or more times around the stupa while repeating the mantra 'Om Mani Padme Hum' either quietly or aloud so that Boudhanath stupa is a fascinating & very spiritual area in Kathmandu valley. A-flutter with streamers of colorful prayer - flags, the great base is crowded with pilgrims from far and near circumscribing the stupa came about and how it came by its two romantic monasteries - the flat plains around this monument support a good many, gaily painted, flicker with the flames of a million butter lamps. Lalitpur City: Lalitpur city historically known as city of fine art. Located about 5 km south of Kathmandu. Patan is one of 3 royal cities in the valley. Patan Darbar Square located in Lalitpur city Patan Darbar Square is attractive pagoda temples. Listed as a World Heritage Site

Patan Darbar Square encloses Pagodas, Shikhara and octagonal temples. Patan city is huge collection of finest workmanship on its Newari and Buddhist monuments. Patan Darbar Square is the most impressive Durbar - square on the valley because of Beautiful stone baths, repose images of river sprites, great golden audience windows, 14th century terra-cotta temples and 17th century stone ones. A terra-cotta shikara temple, each brick bearing an image of the Buddha. Patan Darbar Square is the the medieval royal palace. We can see A sober Blackstone entrance to a temples of gold and an exquisite 5-story pagoda from the 14 century, earliest of the standing temples. One remarkable monument here is a 17th century temple dedicated to the Hindu God Krishna. Krishna Mandir built entirely of stone with rare stone carvings on its walls. Day 03: Kathmandu - Pokhara ( 200 Kms / 6 hours)
After breakfast, departure to Pokhara. On the way, visit Manakamana Temple by cable. After Darshan lunch at Cable car base station and proceed to Pokhara. Arrive Pokhara and check in to hotel with welcome drinks. Dinner and over night stay at hotel.

Day 04: Pokhara Valley Sightseeing
After breakfast commence on a sightseeing tour of Pokhara.
Pokhara is a place of remarkable natural beauty. The serenity of Phewa Lake and the magnificence of the fish tail summit rising behind it create an ambiance of peace and magic. At an elevation lower than Kathmandu, it has much more tropical feel to it, a fact well appreciated by the beautiful diversity of flowers which prosper in it’s environ. Indeed, the valley surrounding Pokhara is home to thick forest, gushing rivers, emerald lakes and of course, the views of world famous Himalayas. The serenity of the lakes and the magnificence of the Himalayas rising behind them create an ambience of peace and magic.

Devi's fall: Locally known as Patale Chhango (Hell's Fall), Devi's fall (also known as Devin's or David's) is an awesome waterfall lying about 2 km south-west of Pokhara airport on the highway to Tansen. An interesting modern legend says that a foreigner named David was skinny dipping in the Pardi Khola (river) when the floodgates of the dam were opened, sweeping him into an underground passage beneath the fall, never to be seen again.

Tibetan Village: Tibetan Village Tashiling lies just off the Devi’s fall in the south, which is inhabited by the Tibetan people who keeps themselves busy by producing and trading woolen carpets and other handicrafts. Seti River Gorge: It is carved by Seti River and is one of the natural wonders of Pokhara. KI Singh Bridge at the Bagar, Mahendra Pool & Prithivi Highway Bridge near Bus Park provides a perfect view of the river's dreadful rush and the deep gorge made by the turbulent flow of white water like milk. Mahendra Cave: Mahendra Cave lies north of the Pokhara valley. It is a large limestone cave, which is one of the few stalagmite stalactite caves found in Nepal. Buffet lunch at Garden Zone of Fishtail Lodge.

Phewa Lake: Spend a quite time boating in the ultimate lake where the reflections of Mount Annapurna and Macchpuchhre range falls. You will also see a variety of fishes while boating. An island temple is located at the middle of the lake. Thick forest lies on the adjoining southern slopes of the lake. It’s hard to escape the draw of Phewa Lake and any visitor with even a few spare minutes should endeavor to take a boat out on the water to fully experience the wonderful views of the reflected mountains. Dinner and over night stay at hotel.

Day 05: Pokhara - Chitwan ( 145 Kms / 5 hours) After breakfast, departure to Chitwan National Park. Arrive Chitwan and check in to the hotel with welcome drink. Chitwan National Park is the popular and demanded wildlife century in Nepal like an elephant ride and jungle safari. Dinner and over nights stay at hotel.

Day 06: Full Day Chitwan Jungle Activities
After breakfast start Chitwan Jungle activities, elephant ride takes you around the jungle for an hour and half and You can visit full of wildlife including one horned Rhinoceros. Jeep safaris are also very popular they take you around for four hours. A great way to spot wildlife in areas further inside the Park. Day 08: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing

Day 04: Drive to Gorkha the old capital, which offers fabulous mountain views. An optional rafting trip can be taken en route to Gorkha.

Day 05-06: Explore the surrounding hills and fascinating local villages with day-walk from Gorkha. The excellent Himalayan views are breathtaking

Day 07: Drive to Pokhara. Wake up early in the morning. Have a breakfast at the hotel. Walk to Tourist bus station with your guide. Tourist bus departs for Pokhara at 7 o'clock.. The bus stops half an hour nearby highway restaurants on the way for lunch. You will be reached at Pokhara around 2 o'clock. Check in at Pokhara hotel. The rest of the day is free. O/n at hotel in Pokhara

Day 08: Early morning drive of half an hour brings you to the Sarangkot viewpoint for Sunrise and Himalayan views. Breakfast on the top and walk down to take the car and drive to visit a Beautiful Tibetan Monastery situated on the way of Pokhara-Baglung Highway. There one can offer offerings or prayer to the lord Buddha accompanied with hundreds of local Tibetan monks and lamas

Day 09: After breakfast drive to Chitwan. Overnight stay at Lodge / Resort.

Day 10: Full day wildlife activities including elephant safari. Visit the Elephant breeding Center, Kasara, and Chitwan. Evening: Ethnic Tharu Cultural Dance show before dinner

After pick up your luggage and look for our representative with a Thai Nepal Tours display board at the arrival gate. We start our tour of UNESCO World Heritage Site cities adjacent to Kathmandu that is Patan Durbar Square. Patan is also known as The City of Fine Arts and it is the one of the places in the Kathmandu Valley where the medieval arts and architecture still remain in its original state. The Patan Durbar Square is full of ancient places, temples and shrines, noted for their exquisite carvings, mostly the Hindu and Buddhist monuments. After that you will be then transferred to Hotel. After check in, you can take a rest, hang around in the city - it all depends upon your interests and condition. In the evening we will organize a "Welcome Dinner" at an excellent traditional Nepalese Restaurant where you will enjoy a Nepalese cultural program as well as a fine meal.

Day 02: Full Day Sightseeing Tour: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath Stupa and Bhaktapur Durbar Square

Kathmandu Darbar Square, Popular palace also known as Hanumandhoka Palace, Kumari Ghar ( the house of the living goddess) Taleju templeand and other temple, built between the 12th and 18th centuries. This palace was used to seat of the ancient Malla Kings of Kathmandu .Kathmandu Durbar Square, protected as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is a place filled with prayers, gods and legends which has given rise to monuments. Kathmandu Durbar Square is the social, religious and urban focal point of the city .It is an overwhelming house of monuments. On the other sites around the Kathmandu durbar Square are the ferocious Kal Bhairab - the red monkey God- Hanuman, Hundreds of erotic carvings, temples and statues dedicated to different deities.There are also museums inside the palace building.

Pashupatinath

Pashupatinath is Nepal’s sacred and an ancient Hindu shrine and one of the one of the greatest Shiva sites. Pashupatinath, beside the holy Bagmati River, is the holiest place in Nepal, located on five kilometers north-east of Kathmandu Valley. Pashupatinath, an ancient plinth, by the banks of the holy Bagmati River, stands the 16th century of Pashupatinath - Shiva, as Lord of all Creatures. The temple serves as the seat of the Hindu deity, Lord Pashupatinath. Pashupatinath temple area is on UNESCO World Heritage Sites list. Only Hindus were allowed to enter the temple. It is believed that sex organ of Shiva fell to Nepal. The main temple of Pashpatinath contains a lingam of Pashupati which has four faces sculptured on it. In Hindu culture it is believed that bathing into the holy river releases from the cycle of rebirth. So Hindu people bath into the holy Bagmati river daily.

Boudhanath

Boudhanath also known as Boudha. Boudhanath is a stupa is located about eleven kilomers from the main city of Kathmandu valley. Boudhanath stupa is one of the largest Buddhist stupa in the world. Boudhanath has been an important place of pilgrimage and meditation for Tibetan Buddhists & local Nepali people. In 1979, Boudhanath became a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Along with Swoyambhunath stupa Boudhanath stupa is one of the most famous tourist site in Kathmandu Valley. There are at least 29 Tibetan Gompas around Boudhanath. As a daily ritual, many people walk three or more times around the stupa while repeating the mantra 'Om Mani Padme Hum' either quietly or aloud so that Boudhanath stupa is a fascinating & very spiritual area in Kathmandu valley. A-flutter with streamers of colorful prayer - flags, the great base is crowded with pilgrims from far and near circumscribing the stupa came about and how it came by its two romantic monasteries - the flat plains around this monument support a good many, gaily painted, flicker with the flames of a million butter lamps.

10:00 AM: Next, we visit Swayambhunath Stupa, the world famous stupa located on the top of a hill and is believed to be as ancient as the origin of Kathmandu itself. 12:15 PM: Thirdly, we visit Patan Durbar Square, yet another UNESCO World Heritage Site, famous for its collection of unique temples, palaces, and not to forget, Patan Museum. We will stop by a local restaurant for lunch (at some suitable time during the tour). If you wish, we will take you on a short walk through the narrow streets and market areas of Patan to see the local people and culture.

4:00 PM: From Patan, we will head for Nagarkot via Bhaktapur. The drive normally takes about 1 to 1.5 hours and after leaving the city area. You will love the calmness and greenery as our journey routes through less densely populated area with lots of vegetation. Finally, we reach Nagarkot, an exotic hill station lying north-east of Kathmandu. We will drop you off at your hotel. If lucky, we get to enjoy a lovely sunset from the roof top.

Day 3: Nagarkot - Changunarayan, Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Pashupatinath, Boudhanath
5:30 AM - 6:00 AM: We should wake up early enough to be able to enjoy one of the best sunrise watching experiences of our lives.

8:00 AM: Have breakfast and prepare to leave. We drive all the way back to Bhaktapur and head for Changunarayan, a small village set on top of a hill, north of Bhaktapur. This place gets its name from the oldest recorded temple in Kathmandu valley -- the temple of Changunarayan (an incarnation of Lord Vishnu, according to Hindu mythology). The temple is famous for its architecture.


10:30 AM: Next, we head for Bhaktapur Durbar Square and explore several monuments within. After having lunch at a local restaurant, we continue our exploration. We will visit Dattatraya Square, Pottery Square and some narrow alleys of the town. 2:30 PM: On our way back to Kathmandu, we will visit one of the most revered Hindu temples,

5:00 PM: From Pashupatinath, we drive to Boudhanath Stupa, an important Buddhist shrine. It looks particularly spectacular in the evening, thanks to thousands of lamps lit by the monks and pilgrims. If time permits and you are interested, we can visit one or two monasteries in the vicinity.

6:30 PM: Finally, we will drop you off at your hotel in Kathmandu. Let us know whether you would like to use our knowledge to locate a place where you can have a memorable Nepalese style dinner.


Day 4: Mountain flight (1 Hour Everest Scenic Flight Tour)
Wake up early in the Morning for Mountain Flight. The one hour flight takes you within camera range of some of the heights peaks in the world, and cursing this close to the awe- inspiring massifs of rock and ice, is an out-of-this earth experience. The aircraft takes off and heads eastward and almost immediately, the peaks come into view. The first peak that appears in your horizon is the majestic Gosaithan, standing 8,013m tall. To its right, appears Dorje Lakpa (6,966m), looking like a massive figure of 8, lying prone and covered in snow. To its right is Phurbi Chyachu, which looms over the Kathmandu Valley. Afternoon free time for shopping or personal activities.
